Website Hosting, Security, and Analytics (Infrastructure)

Our website is static and does not use tracking cookies, marketing scripts, or database sign-ups.

To safely deliver our web files to you, our website uses Cloudflare (provided by Cloudflare, Inc.) as a Content Delivery Network(CDN) and hosting provider. When you visit our site, Cloudflare automatically processes limited infrastructure logs- such as your IP address, browser information, and connection timestamps- solely for the purposes of routing web traffic, maintaining security, and preventing malicious cyber attacks (such as DDoS threats).

We also use Cloudflare's privacy-first Web Analytics to monitor aggregate, anonymous website traffic (such as overall page views and loading speeds). This utility does not track you across other websites, does not use tracking cookies, and does not collect or store personal data.

This data processing is based on our legitimate interest in providing a secure, functional, and optimised website. You can learn more about how they manage information securely by reading the official Cloudflare Privacy Policy

Android Games Privacy Policy

Eroded Sloom Studio Ltd ("we", "our", or "us") operates as a limited independent games development studio registered in England and Wales. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it through compliance with this Privacy Policy.

1. Data Collection & Processing

Our mobile applications and games are designed to be fully functional offline, local-experience entertainment software. We do not collect, capture, scrape, transmit, or store any personal user data, identifying credentials, geolocation tracking, or device metrics on external corporate servers.

2. Local Device Storage & Save Files

All game state systems, level progressions, settings data, and high-score saves are processed and stored locally on your individual device storage drive using internal save files. This data never leaves your physical mobile phone hardware, and we have no backend access to it. If you uninstall the application from your device, your local data files will be permanently removed by the operating system.

3. Android Auto-Backup & System Cloud Sync

While we do not operate external database servers, the underlying Android operating system may automatically back up your local progress files to your personal Google Drive account using Google's native Auto-Backup framework. This system-level backup is fully encrypted, managed exclusively by the operating system platform, and remains completely inaccessible to us.

4. Third-Party Tools & Platform Services

Our games are distributed across the Android platform via the Google Play Store and are built using the Unity game engine software framework.

5. Children's Privacy

Our games do not knowingly collect, request, or solicit any personal information from anyone, including children under the age of 13 (or under 16 in the UK/EU). Because our applications operate entirely offline and do not harvest data, we do not intentionally process children's personal data.

6. Data Deletion Rights

Because we do not capture, track, or retain information on our end, we do not host online player accounts to manage or delete. If you wish to wipe your game history and locally stored save file, you can do so manually via your Android OS Settings menu by selecting "Apps", choosing the relevant application, selecting "Storage", and clicking "Clear Data", or by performing a clean uninstallation of the software application.

7. Contact Us

If you have any questions or feedback regarding this Privacy Policy, please reach out to our team at our dedicated corporate support inbox:

8. Your Rights and Data Complaints Process

Although we do not collect, track, or store your personal data, you retain all legal rights under the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act.

If you believe your data privacy rights have been impacted, you have the right to lodge a formal complaint. In accordance with UK data protection frameworks, you must submit your complaint directly to us via our corporate support inbox first. We will formally investigate your query and provide a comprehensive response within 30 days.

If you remain unsatisfied after our internal review, you maintain the right to escalate your complaint directly to the UK supervisory authority website: https://ico.org.uk/
