1. About Our Custom Font: Eroded Sloom Font

The unique typeface, Eroded Sloom Font, used across our website and inside our games is a custom creation made exclusively by and for Eroded Sloom Studio Ltd. We feel it gives our brand and games their distinct identity!

Because Eroded Sloom Font is proprietary and exclusive to our studio, please note that we do not grant permission or licenses for anyone else to download, copy, or use the font files.

The font files are securely embedded solely for your viewing and playing pleasure. We kindly ask that you do not attempt to extract, decompile, or reuse the font software for your own projects. Thanks for respecting our work and supporting our studio!

2. Universal End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you (the "User" or "Player") and Eroded Sloom Studio Ltd ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") for any and all video games, software applications, updates, downloadable content (DLC), and associated materials produced, published, or distributed by the Company (collectively referred to as the "Games" or "Software").

By installing, copying, or playing any of our Games, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not install or play the Games.

A. Grant of License

The Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and play the Games strictly for your personal, non-commercial entertainment on compatible devices.

B. Ownership & Intellectual Property

The Games, including but not limited to all code, artwork, music, dialogue, characters, and our proprietary font software (Eroded Sloom Font), are the exclusive property of Eroded Sloom Studio Ltd. This Agreement grants you a license to play, not an ownership sale. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved by the Company.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Games are provided "as-is" and "as-available," without warranties of any kind. Eroded Sloom Studio Ltd shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Games (including but not limited to system crashes or loss of save data).

E. Changes to this Agreement

We reserve the right to update this EULA at any time. Your continued play of the Games following any updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

3. Video Creation & Streaming Policy

We love seeing players share their experiences! You are officially permitted to create, upload, and stream videos of our Games (including walkthroughs, Let's Plays, and reviews) on platforms like YouTube and Twitch. You are also welcome to monetise this video content through platform advertising programs.

However, you may not isolate and distribute individual assets from the game (such as our soundtrack, artwork, or custom font) on their own.

4. Third-Party and Open-Source Software

Our Games may include code, libraries, or tools licensed from third parties, including open-source components. All applicable credits, licenses, and copyright notices for these third-party materials are included within the respective installation folders of each Game (typically in a file named ThirdPartyNotices.txt or within the game's credits menu).
